About the Role

The CloudOps Engineering Team at AC3 Australia is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Specialist to join their team of technical engineers. As a Cloud Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers across multiple cloud platforms, ensuring maximum uptime and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support via phone, live chat, or ITSM tooling to customers experiencing technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of supported products and services, as well as key technologies used by AC3 customers.
  • Identify complex technical issues and escalate them to specialized staff and vendors, leveraging established escalation processes.
  • Maintain current knowledge and hands-on skills for key technologies used by AC3 customers.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator managing Windows and Linux server operating systems.
  • 5+ years of experience with AWS and VMware-based cloud platforms.
  • Strong experience with CLI in AWS and Linux.
  • Experience supporting multiple customers across multiple platforms.
  • Experience using Service management tools, preferably ServiceNow.
