About the RoleThis unique opportunity offers hands-on experience in ministry, working closely with our leadership and community services to support spiritual, emotional, and social transformation.
- Lead and facilitate community and ministry programs that align with our goals and mission intentions.
- Provide pastoral care and discipleship, as agreed with our leadership.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure programs comply with our policies and procedures.
- Assist with setup and cleaning of activity spaces to ensure safety and engagement.
- Build strong relationships with community groups and our services.
What You Will Bring:
- A commitment to the Christian faith and our mission.
- The ability to confidently offer pastoral assistance, prayer, and explain the Gospel.
- Experience in AOD or community services (preferred).
- Capacity to facilitate both group programs and one-on-one support, with a focus on faith-based activities.
