About Our Organisation
We are a Western Australian organisation with close to 1000 staff and volunteers who support seniors, people on the mental health recovery journey, and those living with a disability.
Our purpose is to enable people to live the life they choose at home and in the community. We have designed a structure that focuses less on management and hierarchy and more on relationships, customers, and communities.
Our network of small local teams enables our people to be more connected to each other and feel a sense of belonging.
About the Role
You will play a key role in enabling our customers to thrive in their homes and in the community. You will exercise personal leadership and work with your local lead to create a healthy team environment.
The work of a Customer Advocate is dynamic and changing and includes:
- Supporting customers to achieve their goals;
- Collaborating with colleagues to deliver high-quality services;
- Developing strong relationships with customers and stakeholders;
