
Administration Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team.
As an entry-level administration position, you will be responsible for:
- Setting up new suppliers across the Pensar Group
- Completing credit applications across the Pensar Group
- Following up on insurance claims
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Requesting missing invoices from suppliers
The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook etc), previous experience in an administration role, ability to work independently, willingness to work from our HQ in Brisbane, strong attention to detail, effective time management skills, positive attitude and professional approach, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and proven track record of meeting deadlines.
