About this Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Change Specialist to drive impactful change in our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and deliver high-quality project outcomes that meet client expectations.
  • Foster effective client relationships through strategic communication and provide recommendations for successful projects.
  • Support internal initiatives to drive broader improvements across areas of expertise.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to junior resources on project work.
  • Contribute to business development efforts, including responding to RFPs and participating in Orals.
  • Serve as a Training or Culture Buddy for new hires.

Requirements:

  • At least 1 year of experience with Workday.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
  • Successful completion of 1-3 end-to-end projects as the OC&T Lead.
  • Current Workday Core HCM or Core Financials certification is an advantage.
