Job Title: Strategic Transformation Leader

 

Job Description:

As a Strategic Transformation Leader, you will play a pivotal role in spearheading the development and implementation of large-scale technology programs across multiple branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive the strategic direction and delivery of complex technology programs
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement process, people, and technology changes
  • Manage the transition from legacy rail timetabling systems to a modern, efficient network
  • Develop and implement new ways of working processes and procedures, and build training materials for capability uplift
  • Lead and inspire teams through transformation efforts
Qualifications/Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated experience leading strategic direction and delivering complex technology programs
  • A deep understanding of business transformational change and strategic planning
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience designing program strategies and plans
  • Ability to manage diversity and complexity of change management in sensitive political environments
  • Influential strategic mindset
