Strategic Transformation Professional

As part of an 18-month fixed-term assignment, you will collaborate with a renowned Australian organization on a large-scale Workplace Transformation Project.
You will report to a Change Director who will provide guidance and mentorship, supporting your professional growth and development within a collaborative and supportive culture.
The project is a multi-year transformation initiative that requires strong stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills. You will work in a hybrid environment, with one to two days spent in the office and the rest working from home, and may need to travel around Sydney at times.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in change management or analysis roles, preferably in workplace transformation or relocation.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret results and support agility in change delivery.
- Understanding of how people go through change and the change process.
- Knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively with others and adapt to changing situations.
- Strong IT and keyboard skills, with the ability to develop intuitive tools and templates.
