Strategic Change Manager Position

This role is crucial in assisting the implementation of change management and transformation strategy across Oceania.

The position supports the Corporate Planning & Strategy Manager and Head of Human Resources in driving organizational change initiatives that enhance employee engagement, productivity, and overall business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop strategic plans for change management initiatives to drive cultural transformations and improve organizational resilience.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to identify key areas for improvement and develop data-driven solutions to address these challenges.
  • Lead end-to-end project coordination, including planning, execution, and evaluation of change management projects.
  • Analyze data to measure progress and impact of change initiatives and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will have 4+ years' experience in a similar or related field, preferably supporting or leading change management workstreams.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, as well as strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and influencing skills.

A degree in a related field is highly desirable, and proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, Glint, Tableau, and SharePoint is required.
