The Transport Operations Manager will lead a team focused on transport operations and distribution of products. This role requires meeting our commitment to our customers through the provision of quality service and operational efficiency. You will manage our network of transport providers and take ownership in identifying and delivering continuous improvement initiatives, training and developing staff, and adhering to policies and procedures.

This role involves effective management, collaboration, and development of the transport team to provide efficiency. Analyze equipment and operational tasks to deliver productive outcomes through resource utilization and route optimization. Supporting relationship management and commitment to achieving contracted KPIs. Champion a customer-centric mindset in all team activities, ensuring customer service excellence is at the heart of every decision.
