Job Opportunity

Maximize your leadership potential as a Regional Logistics Manager and take charge of our Asia Pacific distribution network. We are seeking an experienced professional with a proven track record in logistics management to lead our Customer Logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic logistics solutions to optimize our distribution network
  • Manage customer operations logistics KPIs and drive action plans for improvement
  • Ensure compliance to regulatory requirements and international standards for environmental, health and safety, and social responsibility
  • Design and implement distribution setups for new products, channels, and markets
Leadership and Team Management
  • Foster a strong team culture that aligns with our values and inspires collaboration and innovation
  • Develop and deliver performance reviews and individual development plans for team members
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence

Essential Skills:
5+ years' experience in Supply Chain Management
Hands-on experience in Logistics in a high-volume dynamic product sales industry
Demonstrated experience in Operational Service delivery/management
Vendor management (3PL) - Service delivery, performance, process improvement and problem resolution
Excellent oral and written communication skills: ability to develop and deliver clear & concise messaging, presentations to management and other cross-functional teams
People management - proven people leader through collaborative engagement. Ability to work in a multicultural environment with team members and stakeholders in multiple locations globally.
Strong analytical skills in assessing operational performance
Problem solving skills (RCA, 3WI & 5 Whys) to resolve common and complex operational issues
Project management delivery - ability to engage cross functional teams in various locations to deliver to the project objectives
Ability to work collaboratively within all levels of the organization (cross-functional engagement)
LEAN Supply Chain certification is a plus
