Job Title: Operations Director

Job Description:

  • Lead the development of internal and external teams to achieve strategic growth ambitions.
  • Align operations with organisational vision, driving continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage risk and quality within a strong EH&S culture.
  • Lead innovation and operational excellence across port warehousing network.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven ability to lead complex operations in the fertiliser industry.
  • Strong skills in innovation, critical thinking, accountability, delegation, economic understanding, building relationships, and continuous learning.
  • Knowledge of engineering principles relevant to bulk handling and storage, project management experience, and understanding of legal and regulatory matters in operations.
  • Subject matter expertise in fertiliser or bulk logistics industries.
