We operate around 3,991 buses, 113 ferries, and 24 light rail vehicles, carrying over 257 million customers to where they need to be and want to go.

About the Role

You will be responsible for providing our passengers a safe, efficient, and smooth bus experience and excellent customer service.

We operate 7 days a week and our shifts have various start and finish times in addition to broken shifts (Monday to Friday).

Salary Information

The estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000 AUD.

Paid according to hourly rates: $31.38 p.hr Mon-Fri, $47.07 (Sat), $62.76 (Sun) and $78.46 (Public Hols)

Job Description

Your primary responsibilities include:

  • Providing excellent customer service to our passengers
  • Maintaining a high standard of presentation
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • A good driving history
  • Ability to be flexible and work all required shifts of the position
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A Heavy Rigid (HR) Driver's license or be willing to upgrade from a standard car license
  • A willingness to undergo a medical examination and meet the required medical standards for the position
  • The ability to participate in a comprehensive training program
