
Asset Performance Lead

Hydro Tasmania's asset performance relies on proactive and reactive strategies to ensure the integrity, availability, and longevity of its assets. As a Reliability Engineering Specialist, you will lead the reliability function within Production Operations, delivering commercially responsive solutions that balance stakeholder needs.
">- Provide timely reporting on asset condition and performance data to inform key business decisions.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and ensure findings feed into future maintenance plans.
- Drive the adoption of reliability best practices and improvement initiatives across teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to uplift the reliability function across the organisation while developing and mentoring a small team of reliability professionals.
With a strong background in asset management and at least five years' experience, you are well-equipped to drive reliability outcomes and continuous improvements for Hydro Tasmania's asset performance. You have excellent analytical skills, a strategic mindset, and the ability to find practical and cost-effective solutions.
