
Chief Asset Performance Manager

The Reliability Engineering Lead is responsible for driving reliability outcomes and leading continuous improvements for asset performance.
This involves delivering practical and commercially responsive solutions that balance stakeholder needs, including proactive and reactive reliability strategies to maintain asset integrity and availability.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide accurate and timely reporting on asset condition and performance data to inform business decisions.
- Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) investigations and ensure findings feed into future maintenance plans.
- Drive the adoption of reliability best practices and improvement initiatives across teams.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to uplift the reliability function across the organisation while developing and mentoring a small team of reliability professionals.
- Deliver reliability solutions that balance technical feasibility, business needs, and stakeholder priorities.
To be successful in this role, you will have a degree in engineering and at least five years' experience in asset management, ideally in power generation or a large industrial setting. You should know what it takes to keep critical assets performing at their best, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
