Reliability Engineering Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Reliability Engineering Lead to take on the challenge of optimizing asset performance at our production facilities. The ideal candidate will leverage their expertise in asset management to develop and implement practical solutions that meet stakeholder needs.

The successful candidate will possess a strong background in engineering, ideally with experience in power generation or industrial settings. They will have a proven track record of delivering commercially responsive solutions that balance technical feasibility and business priorities.

  • Provide timely and accurate reporting on asset condition and performance data to inform key business decisions.
  • Lead Root Cause Analysis investigations and ensure findings feed into future maintenance plans.
  • Drive the adoption of reliability best practices and improvement initiatives across teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to uplift the reliability function across the organization while developing and mentoring a team of reliability professionals.
  • Develop and implement proactive and reactive reliability strategies to ensure the integrity, availability, and longevity of our assets.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of reliability strategies, ensuring the continued operation of our assets over 100 years old.
