**Job Title:** Human Resource Advisor

 

Mighty Orchid Services Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead and manage various human resource functions, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance with relevant legislation.

This role requires a proactive and people-focused individual who can provide strategic HR guidance and operational support.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a human resources role;
  • a degree, diploma, or equivalent qualification in Human Resources Management or a related field;
  • a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment legislation, and compliance requirements;
  • excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative approach;
  • proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a dynamic environment;

A high level of integrity, confidentiality, and professionalism is also essential for this position.
