The Opportunity

We are seeking a proactive Human Resources Assistant to join our People & Culture team. This role is ideal for candidates who are looking to grow their career in HR and people operations. You'll work fully remotely as a Human Resources Assistant with flexible working hours. All meetings, reporting, and performance discussions are conducted online to support a collaborative yet location-independent work culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support HR operations, including employee records, contracts, and compliance documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment activities: job postings, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Coordinate HR projects and provide administrative support to the People & Culture team.
  • Prepare reports and presentations for HR management and client updates.
  • Ensure accuracy and confidentiality in all HR processes.

About You

  • Degree (or currently studying) in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
  • At least a few months' experience in HR or administration is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and communication skills, with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • No prior experience? We welcome applicants who are willing to learn — probation and training will be provided.

Pay: $5,600.00 – $6,200.00 per month
