Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Human Resources professional to join our team. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for providing support in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and payroll processing.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about HR and wants to make a meaningful contribution to our organization. You will work closely with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of HR services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Champion organizational values and lead by example
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process
  • Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Process invoices and raise Purchase Orders in SAP
  • Complete internal and external reports and audits
  • Perform administrative tasks, including file and document management
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Human Resource Management or similar qualification
  • Diploma in Human Resources is advantageous
  • Bachelor's Degree in related field is desirable
  • Minimum three to five years relevant experience in HR, ideally within the manufacturing or resources sector
  • Payroll processing or support experience is desirable
  • Proficiency in SAP Success Factors or equivalent HR Information Systems
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency
