About the roleThe Manager Human Resources oversees and manages the Human Resources branch to drive the development and implementation of strategic human resource initiatives as well as the effective delivery of business partnering services to the College.
As the Manager Human Resources, you play an integral role in the College's leadership group and provide high level HR advice and support to senior management on a wide range of complex human resources matters including workforce strategies and effective resolution of workplace issues.
The position has flexibility to be based at the Karratha, Pundulmurra (South Hedland) or Broome campus; however regular travel to other North Regional TAFE campuses across the Pilbara and Kimberley regions is required.
