We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Frontline Service Ambassador.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
- Maintain the visual appeal of our café, including replenishing condiments and supplies as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines, prioritizing the well-being of staff and customers.
- Operate a Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently, managing cash transactions with accuracy and speed.
- Promote our services and programs to patrons, fostering a sense of community.
- Nurture strong relationships with patrons, providing personalized support and guidance.
- Offer expert advice on our product range, highlighting healthy food options and beverages.
- Be adaptable and flexible, working varying shifts, including mornings, evenings, and weekends during peak periods.
Skill Requirements:
- Exemplify a positive, friendly, helpful, and energetic work style.
- Possess coffee making and barista skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality beverages.
- Hold a valid Food Handling Certificate and current First Aid Certification (Workplace Level 2).
- Have current CPR Certification and a valid Police Check and Working with Children Check.
