We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Casual Cafe Team Member.
This role involves working in a busy environment, operating 7 days a week with hours that cater to the needs of our customers. As part of our dynamic team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting general cafe duties such as light food preparation, service, and cleaning.
Key Responsibilities- Taking orders from customers in a friendly and efficient manner
- Supporting the team in general cafe duties such as light food preparation, service, and cleaning
- Ensuring all food safety policies and procedures are adhered to
- Cafe or hospitality experience is highly regarded but not mandatory
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
- Excellent personal presentation and a professional approach
- Ability to work and thrive in a team environment, working together to achieve goals
- RSA beneficial but not essential
Located in a busy environment, we operate 7 days a week with hours that meet the needs of our customers. We are looking for a team member with reasonable flexibility to work a rotating roster including some weekends and early or late shifts.
