Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Cafe Allrounder to support our Food & Beverage operations in Melbourne.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all aspects of food and beverage, be flexible to work over a seven day roster including weekends, and demonstrate a passion for high quality customer service. The Cafe Allrounder will assist the Food & Beverage attendants, clean the cafe area, handle cash transactions, provide outstanding customer service, and embody our brand values.

  • Provide exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • A strong ability to prioritize tasks on the run
  • Experience as a qualified Barista
  • Effective interpersonal communication skills
  • The ability to build rapport with members
