Frontline Coffee Ambassador

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Frontline Coffee Ambassador. This is an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of specialty coffee, building relationships with customers, and growing our presence in Victoria and Southern States.

About the Role:

  • You will be a key representative for our brand, driving awareness and sales through proactive outreach to potential and current customers.
  • You will work closely with our Sales Operations, Marketing, Production, and Dispatch teams to provide demand planning insights and activation requirements for customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Educate and inspire prospective customers about what it means to be a Campos Coffee Wholesale Business Cafe Partner.
  • Increase awareness of the Campos Coffee brand, product range, and activities to build relationships, generate leads, and grow brand awareness.
  • Represent Campos at industry events and other forums, where needed.

Requirements:

  • You have a passion for coffee and knowledge of the coffee industry is preferred.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in new business development and experience in the hospitality sector will be highly regarded.
  • You have outstanding communication, troubleshooting, and interpersonal skills.
  • You have the ability to work autonomously, and within a team.
