Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Remuneration Advisory Consultant to support our practice on legal and broader consulting matters. This is an on-site role located at our office in Southbank, Melbourne.

You will be part of a close-knit team, working directly with senior members within the team and analysts who produce meaningful data to support client solutions.

  • Support project management and delivery to our extensive and enviable ASX 150 client base.
  • Be responsible for project management and delivery, including equity remuneration design and implementation.
  • Facilitate team cohesion, particularly assisting in coordinating project delivery.

You will build relationships with Australia's business leaders, identifying additional projects and support to develop client relationships and grow our remuneration advisory practice.

About You

We require a lawyer with 2-4 years post qualification experience, ideally from a commercial law firm or in-house legal role. Exceptional written and oral communication skills, ability to multitask, and ongoing commitment to personal professional development and learning are essential.
