- Ensure accurate and timely data entry of client and veterinary information.
- You possess exceptional customer service skills and are an effective and clear communicator.
- You have intermediate Microsoft suite experience.
- You have strong organisational skills and thrive in a clean and tidy environment.
- You are able to handle deceased pets in a professional manner when required.
- You can effectively manage multiple tasks and maintain a positive and professional attitude while under pressure.
