About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Client Care Coordinator to join our team at InvoCare. As a vital member of our staff, you will provide professional pet aftercare services with compassion and empathy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service skills to support clients during their time of need.
  • Manage client enquiries across various platforms, ensuring timely responses and resolutions.
  • Coordinate information between client care, preparation, operation, and cremation teams for smooth service delivery.
  • Assist clients during viewings and collection of ashes with professionalism and empathy.
  • Prepare client viewing rooms to meet high standards.
  • Manage client payments using payment services like ZipPay, Afterpay, and Vet Pay.
  • Ensure accurate and timely data entry of client and veterinary information.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Exceptional customer service skills, with effective communication skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Suite experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to thrive in a clean and tidy environment.
  • An ability to handle deceased pets in a professional manner when required.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude while under pressure.
