
Customer Engagement Specialist

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a Customer Engagement Specialist role. The successful candidate will be responsible for re-establishing and confirming customer needs, presenting solutions that better meet those needs, and assisting with the development and implementation of retention strategies.
This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as excellent customer service and negotiation abilities. Experience resolving issues and proposing solutions is also essential.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to analyze customer needs and present tailored solutions
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
- Experience working with CRM systems, preferably Microsoft Dynamics
