Energy Customer Engagement Specialist

As an Energy Sales Specialist, you'll be responsible for supporting new and existing customers with their utility needs, ensuring they receive outrageously good customer experiences.
About the Role:
You'll be part of a dynamic team that's at the heart of everything we do - working closely with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions. Your key responsibilities will include guiding customers through the retention, acquisition and move journey, identifying and anticipating their product needs, and effectively resolving those needs through first contact.
Duties:
Guide new and existing customers through the retention, acquisition and move journey, ensuring utility needs are met whilst delivering outstanding customer experiencesHarness your analytical skills to identify customer product needs and provide effective solutionsMaintain open communication channels with customers to ensure their concerns are addressed promptlyStay up-to-date with product options available and how they can be used to resolve customer needs and/or issuesRequired Skills and Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike. You should also have a demonstrated ability to use sound commercial judgement to improve customer experiences, taking into consideration risk and regulatory frameworks and acting within delegation of authority. Additionally, you'll require sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to think creatively and work collaboratively as part of a high-performing team.
