Program Facilitator for Young Adults with Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced Program Facilitator to join our team. This role involves designing and delivering group programs for young adults with disabilities, inspiring personal growth and promoting independence.

Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Experience delivering group learning programs, ideally for people with disability or in education/community settings
  • A background in Education or experience as a Program Facilitator
  • Strong digital and planning skills - confident using tools like Google Workspace and AI
  • The ability to adapt content and communication to different learning styles
  • A participant-focused mindset that is empathetic and empowering
