About This Role

We're seeking an experienced educator to lead our 20-week group programs for young adults with disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging learning experiences that promote personal growth and skill development.
  • Work closely with a support team to create inclusive sessions.
  • Plan and structure programs around participant goals and outcomes; integrate digital tools to enhance learning.
  • Foster a collaborative learning environment; promote active participation and peer connection.
  • Lead and mentor colleagues; share planning and vision, delegate tasks, provide feedback.
  • Track progress using Co-Hive's systems; evaluate program effectiveness using data and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Experience as an Educator or in teaching is essential.
  • Delivering group learning or capacity-building programs is crucial.
  • Background in Education or experience as a Program Facilitator is necessary.
  • Digital and planning skills are required – confident using Google Workspace and AI.
  • Ability to adapt content and communication to different learning styles.
  • A participant-focused mindset is vital – empathetic, inclusive, and empowering.
