St Paul's Castle Hill is a large Christ-centred and innovative church located in the Northwest suburbs of Sydney. Our vision is to bring the gospel of light to every community, every household and every generation

**We are currently seeking a Full Time Young Adults Pastor, reporting to our Generations Minister.** The Young Adults Pastor has the privilege of discipling our young adults and preparing them for life as followers of Jesus for today, and into the future. Our desire as a church is to see them confident in the Word of God and prepared with wisdom for every area of life. As we Bring, Build and Send people to, in and from St Paul's, we also hope to see every member connected in Church life so they may be prepared to serve Jesus wherever he leads them in the future.

Our current greatest need for our young adults pastor is to develop a path of discipleship. This will require ongoing thinking of structures and programs, curriculum and events as we seek to see our young adults grow as disciple making disciples.
