An exciting opportunity is now available for a Scheduling Team Leader to join our **Eastern and Inner South West Sydney** Home health team**.** You will drive a high performing culture and excellent customer focused service, whilst ensuring efficiencies and compliance requirements are maintained.

This role involves managing the Rostering Coordinators at our Eastgardens and Bankstown branches and hence travel between these 2 branches.

**About Your New Role**:

- Monitor accuracy in data entry and rostering practices including service types, episodes, service times, and matching tools for customers and employees
- Actively support and maintain appropriate upward and downward communication with external and internal Allocations team stakeholders.
- Provide direction and guidance to Allocations Coordinators in the utilisation of dashboards
- Identify opportunities for rostering efficiencies and cost management
- Complete regular reporting as required
- Lead business unit communication and drive initiatives to enhance rostering performance
- Monitor rostering workload to determine local capacity and workforce requirements
- Support capability development through one to one or team-based coaching
- A minimum 2 years' experience in a Team Leader role, within a similar environment (essential)
- Strong I.T and Database management skills (essential)
- The ability to be adaptable and always work to the highest standards (essential)
- Knowledge of the Aged Care industry and/or the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is an advantage
- Relevant qualification such as; Cert IV or Diploma in Community Services or Cert III in Aged Care (or equivalent) is an advantage
- Sound knowledge of industrial awards and the ability to interpret workplace agreements
- Call centre & recruitment experience is an advantage
