Job Title: Rostering Officer
">Job Description">- We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Rostering Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating shifts and managing rosters for our participants.

- Fluent English skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good computer skills with demonstrated experience in MS Office.
- Demonstrated commitment and experience in providing high-quality customer service.
- A strong customer-focused approach to care.
- Professional telephone manner.
- Good organizational and time management skills and ability to work within limited time frames.
- WWCC + NDISWC.
- Fully vaccinated.
- Previous experience in a similar role within community/aged care would be an advantage.
- A valid NSW drivers license.
- 40 hours per week.
- 8 hour shift.
- The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop and maintain relationships with participants to ensure their needs are met.
- They will also be responsible for organizing staff files and updating their details/documents, as well as responding to all communication from internal/external participants in a timely and professional manner.
