  • We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Rostering Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating shifts and managing rosters for our participants.

">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • Fluent English skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Good computer skills with demonstrated experience in MS Office.
  • Demonstrated commitment and experience in providing high-quality customer service.
  • A strong customer-focused approach to care.
  • Professional telephone manner.
  • Good organizational and time management skills and ability to work within limited time frames.
  • WWCC + NDISWC.
  • Fully vaccinated.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within community/aged care would be an advantage.
  • A valid NSW drivers license.
