Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Roster Specialist to join our operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and inputting weekly rosters that meet the needs of both our employees and the business.

About the Role

  • Prepare and input weekly rosters in line with operational requirements
  • Review leave requests and escalate as needed
  • Organize and roster new employee training
  • Work closely with operational managers on roster requests
  • Ensure employees are rostered within their capabilities and award requirements
  • Provide guidance on workforce planning to key stakeholders
  • Liaise with employees on roster updates and upcoming training

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A sound administration background
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with UKG Ready or similar rostering systems would be an advantage
