We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Food and Beverage Supervisor.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of food and beverage services in our hotel, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences. This will involve managing front-of-house staff, coordinating events, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentation.

The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service is essential, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure seamless delivery of food and beverage services to customers, meeting their needs and expectations.
  • Manage and motivate a team of front-of-house staff, providing coaching and guidance to ensure excellent service delivery.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and organization in all areas of responsibility.
  • Coordinate events and functions, working closely with other departments to ensure seamless execution.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A current RSA license.
  • Sound knowledge and experience with POS systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
