Job Opportunity

Take on a leadership role as a Food and Beverage Supervisor in a dynamic environment. This is an opportunity to oversee the smooth operation of various food and beverage outlets, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Supervise daily operations across multiple venues, including bars, restaurants, and room service
  2. Lead and mentor team members to maintain high standards of service
  3. Assist with recruitment, rostering, and payroll coordination
  4. Collaborate with kitchen, bar, and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service flow
  5. Handle guest feedback professionally and promptly
  6. Support stock control and inventory processes
  7. Contribute to a positive, high-performing team culture

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a food and beverage role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
  • Experience with Micros POS system advantageous
  • Strong service focus and attention to detail
  • Energetic, self-motivated, and enthusiastic attitude
  • Team player with a hands-on approach and passion for delivering great guest experiences
  • Flexibility to work across a rotating roster, including nights, weekends, and public holidays
