Job Title:

A Key Role in Our Team

We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Customer Solutions Coordinator. In this role, you will play a key part in delivering an outstanding customer experience by ensuring a qualified workforce is available to meet customer demand for all types of installation services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other departments to develop new installation services and ensure effective utilisation of the Home Installation Portal.
  • Work closely with sales teams to ensure compliance with prescribed processes and provide support to resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Monitor key performance indicators, including cancellations, customer reviews, and contractor compliance, and take remedial action as necessary.
  • Provide input and expertise into the development of service processes training and communications for outsourced contact centres and stores.
  • Ensure effective resolution of escalated customer installation complaints within specified timeframes.
  • Support store queries and inform stakeholders as required.
  • Onboard new installers to the Home Services Portal, ensuring compliance with legislative requirements and ongoing monitoring in line with defined procedures.
  • Work with suppliers to report any systems issues and ensure corrective action is taken.

Requirements:

  • Customer service or similar related area.
  • Trade services experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent communication skills (particularly phone-based).
