Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Brand Manager to oversee the wholesale operation of our luxury brand in Australia.

This role is based out of Sydney or Melbourne, with an ANZ regional reach. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing daily activities, operating budgets, providing training programs, seeking new distribution opportunities, driving sales growth, and establishing communication channels with the Country Manager and HQ.

The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of work experience, innovative creativity, economic awareness, excellent presentation skills, marketing savvy, flexibility to travel, and the ability to take on new responsibilities.

  • Manage day-to-day activities and operations
  • Take ownership of financial performance, including budget and income statement management
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills
  • Identify and pursue new distribution opportunities to drive business growth
  • Promote continuous improvement in product sales and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual business plans and implement corporate procedures
