We're looking for a dynamic and results-driven Regional Operations Manager to take ownership of operations and client relationships across several high-value portfolios in our NSW region. This is a senior leadership role, overseeing a team of 3–4 Operations Managers and ensuring our services are delivered to the highest standards for some of Australia's most recognised brands.

About the role

You will:

  • Own operational delivery across your assigned portfolio, ensuring all services meet or exceed client KPIs
  • Lead your team of Operations Managers to achieve operational excellence and cost-effective service delivery
  • Develop and implement operations and resourcing plans to optimise service provider performance and costs
  • Manage all people leadership responsibilities including performance management and team development
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Oversee compliance, training, and quality control across all sites in your region
  • Support business development by leading the operational transition of new contracts
Key responsibilities
  • Deliver all contracted services to the highest quality, on time, and within budget
  • Manage supplier negotiations and drive cost efficiencies
  • Ensure all operational staff and contractors are compliant, skilled, and inducted to client standards
  • Conduct regular performance reviews of both staff and service providers
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify revenue opportunities within the region
