The Role Overview

We seek motivated individuals with a professional background in Psychology, Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, or Social Work to join our team in Newcastle NSW.

This diverse role offers flexibility and autonomy to manage your own day while being supported by a close-knit team of driven healthcare professionals.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Client case management
  • Applying clinical expertise to improve return-to-work outcomes
  • Developing workplace education programs with employers and employees
  • Collaborating with stakeholders including injured workers, medical professionals and allied health experts

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector (highly regarded)
  • Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields such as Psychology, Health Sciences, or Rehabilitation Counselling, Nursing, or Social Work
  • Registration with relevant Australian authorities or eligibility for membership with relevant associations
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Compassion and empathy
  • Strong time management skills
  • A current NSW driver's license and access to own car with comprehensive insurance
