Occupational Rehabilitation Specialist

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the journey from rehab to healing. As part of a multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with employees, medical specialists, and treatment providers to ensure seamless care.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting assessments to evaluate functional capacity and worksite requirements
- Collaborating with stakeholders to develop effective rehabilitation plans
- Supporting clients with diverse needs, including Veterans and current military members
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Current registration with relevant professional bodies
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy or related field
- Strong clinical reasoning and ability to engage across teams
- Passion for helping individuals recover and thrive
