Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to fill the role of Critical Pursuits Director. This individual will be responsible for leading our sales process, developing strategic plans, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Lead consultative sales processes, providing guidance and support to teams.
  • Collaborate with global market sector leaders, regional business line leads, and client account managers to close new business deals.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the Buildings + Places Global Business Line Growth Plan.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree plus 12+ years of extensive relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education, and at least 5 years of leadership experience.
  • Proven track record of sales production, specifically winning major enterprise-level pursuits.
  • High energy, outgoing, and self-motivated individual with a strong ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.
