About the Role:

Key Requirements:

You will be a senior level civil engineer who thrives in leadership and has a proven record in urban land development. You will bring both technical expertise and commercial acumen to guide teams and influence business direction.

Essential Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering
  • Chartered Engineer (CPEng or equivalent) or working towards
  • 10+ years' consultancy experience in land/urban development
  • Strong track record in team leadership and project delivery
  • Excellent communication and business development skills
  • Strategic and commercial mindset
