Senior Urban Development Strategist

We are seeking a skilled Senior Urban Development Strategist to contribute to the success of our NSW Planning team in Sydney or Wollongong offices. The successful candidate will provide professional planning and resource management advice, shaping the future of urban development through innovative strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop high-level proficiency in urban planning research, data analysis, and report writing, driving project outputs that meet or exceed agreed goals.
- Manage projects from planning to completion, ensuring timely delivery and quality results.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop project plans, strategies, and identify business resource requirements.
- Prepare comprehensive strategies, reports, environmental impact assessments, and other planning documentation.
- Conduct technical reviews of documentation prepared by the planning team, ensuring adherence to best practices.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities and delivering exceptional service.
- Tertiary qualifications in Urban and Regional Planning or Architecture/Urban Design or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Extensive experience in statutory or strategic planning, preferably in NSW, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects.
- Proficiency in urban planning research, data analysis, and report writing, with strong communication skills and self-motivation.
