Job Title

What Will You Do?
  • Assist in the implementation and oversight of our global Anti-Bribery and Corruption programme, focusing on governance, policy development, training, monitoring, and analysis of regulatory change.
  • Apply your expertise in anti-bribery and corruption to respond to internal and external programme enquiries.

You will influence anti-bribery policies, controls, and risk appetite by engaging with stakeholders across regions and business lines to enhance our framework.

What Skills Do You Need?
  • Demonstrable experience in financial crime risk management, especially anti-bribery and corruption.
  • Experience in financial services or related industries, legal, or regulatory roles.
  • Knowledge of global anti-bribery laws, including US FCPA and UK Bribery Act.
  • Experience in drafting policy content and delivering training is valuable.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills and ability to build partnerships with senior leadership.
