
Safety Performance Manager

As a HSE Specialist, you will be responsible for driving improved health, safety, and environmental performance across the site. You will work closely with site leadership and regional managers to implement and maintain effective HSE systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory and statutory requirements.
You will serve as a local process owner for HSE activities, fostering a culture of world-class performance in safety, environment, and quality. This includes engaging in effective collaboration and teamwork, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and demonstrating care for others and the environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with site leaders and operational staff. You should also have experience in HSE management, including risk assessment, control implementation, and incident investigation.
Additionally, you should possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify areas for improvement and develop effective solutions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business software is also required.
