As a Program Director, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of the Bruce Highway Targeted Safety Program in the Fitzroy District.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure program activities are undertaken in accordance with requirements and industry best practices.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement with key government agencies, Traditional Owners, and provide specialist advice to senior management.
  • Identify and harness internal and external expertise to deliver program objectives by creating a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with the BHTSP teams across the state to ensure consistency of delivery and technical practices.
  • Investigate, manage, and resolve complex engineering and contractual issues associated with the program.
  • Monitor and report on program progress through the preparation and delivery of submissions and reports.
Location
