Store Operations Manager

The primary objective of this role is to oversee the daily operations of a retail store, ensuring seamless customer experiences and exceptional sales performance.
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve set targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Support the Store Manager in developing and implementing strategic plans, visual merchandising, stock management, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
- Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to all relevant health and safety regulations.

- Proven experience in retail management or leadership roles, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
- Strong leadership skills to inspire, motivate, and develop a dedicated team.
- A commitment to ongoing learning, particularly in areas related to automotive retail.
- Operational expertise in visual merchandising, stock control, loss prevention, and performance reporting.
