Oversee daily operations: You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our gym's operations, ensuring smooth functioning of equipment, facilities, and services. From opening to closing, you'll make sure every member enjoys a seamless experience.

Team leadership: As a natural leader, you'll motivate and guide our team of dedicated trainers, receptionists, and support staff. Your excellent interpersonal skills will foster a positive work environment where everyone feels valued and motivated to excel.

Member satisfaction: Your commitment to providing exceptional customer service will be at the heart of your role. You'll engage with our members, listen to their needs, and create a welcoming atmosphere that encourages their fitness goals.

Business development: With a keen eye for opportunities, you'll actively seek out innovative strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones. Collaborating with our marketing team, you'll help implement effective promotional campaigns and drive membership growth.

Health and safety: The well-being of our members is of utmost importance. You'll ensure that all safety protocols and procedures are strictly adhered to, maintaining a clean and hygienic environment that exceeds industry standards.

**How do you join the Jetts team?**

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
