Job Description:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the efficient distribution of products to customers across the region. This full-time role plays a crucial part in supporting our growth and success within the construction equipment industry.

  • Managing supply relationships with Dealer network
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of our Parts & Distribution department, including planning, scheduling and monitoring the movement of goods
  • Oversee the receiving, warehousing, and shipping of products to ensure timely deliveries
  • Continuously seek ways to improve distribution processes and systems to enhance efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Liaise with suppliers and customers to ensure the smooth flow of goods and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Analyse data and generate reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Manage and develop the distribution team, providing guidance, training and performance feedback
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in a parts or distribution management role, preferably within the construction equipment industry
  • Willingness to be hands on
  • Strong understanding of parts processes, logistics and supply chain management
  • Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills
  • Proven ability to lead and motivate a team to achieve operational goals
  • Proficient in using distribution management software and data analysis tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with stakeholders
